Hi, everybody, I'm Kirsten (pronounced k•uh•r - st•ih•n)! I embrace my identities as Queer and Pinay and I hope to bring about awareness to community through Kabalikat. I'm proud to be who I am and I'm so glad and excited that I get an opportunity like this to make a difference in my community. I really believe that the smallest thing can make the biggest difference in someone's life. I'm currently a third year undergraduate at UCLA, studying Business Economics, but also pursing a career in American Sign Language interpreting. While I'm not organizing for Samahang, I also work as a graphic designer for the ASL club on campus, Hands On. If we ever meet, ask me for a sign or two! ;)
